Into the Wonder
Christianity Today has published online a condensed article of The Narnian: The Life and Imagination of C.S. Lewis by Alan Jacobs, professor of English at Wheaton College. Jacobs explores the period of Lewis's life during which he began to write The Chronicles of Narnia, and the influences and sensibilities which gave rise to the particular character of Narnia:
For someone with eyes to see and the courage to explore, even an old wardrobe full of musty coats could become the doorway to another world.
